The Networking /Social Committee hosts and promotes events and activities within the region to connect EPIC Members with one another and to showcase a Northwest Ohio that is more attractive to diverse young talent. As the committee co-chairs, it is a priority to us to listen to the needs of all EPIC Members and pursue events focusing on social/friendship, networking/building business, family and sporting events while featuring the opportunities in the Toledo and surrounding areas.

2011 will feature the following opportunities:

Monthly Socials- Our monthly socials are the second Thursday of every month. We highlight local businesses all around the Toledo community while promoting building relationships with other EPIC members.

Networking Series- This series includes the Speed Networking Event and a partnership with the Leadership and Professional Development Committee to promote strengthening networking skills.

Lunch n Leads- These lunch meetings are held the 2^nd and 4^th Wednesday of the Month and are a great way to create long lasting business relationships with other EPIC Members. These are members only meetings with a focus to the business of networking.   

The networking/social committee is organized by the chairs, but it is the committee members that make these events happen and are instrumental in the planning, creation and promotion of successful events. To get involved in 2011, we meet the second Thursday of every month at 4:30pm prior to the social. Check the calendar for social locations and we look forward to meeting you soon!
