EPIC Toledo presents Boss Talk - conversations with leaders who exercise strength, passion and understanding for the greater good. Learn about their career path, the trials they have faced and how they have seen success through their professional lives.
A small group of emerging leaders will get this EPIC opportunity to hear from leaders in our community in discussion based sessions. Each session will feature a different community leader. If you are interested in hearing from a specific leader, sign up!

Join us for our next Boss Talk with the Executive Director of the National Museum of the Great Lakes, Kate Fineske
Kate will discuss her career journey within the museum world, tracing her advancement and pivotal roles within the National Museum of the Great Lakes and what brought her to the Executive Director role . With a dedication to arts, culture, education, and economic development, Kate will dive into how her current position aligns with her passions.
Additionally, attendees will be treated to exclusive insights into the museum's upcoming massive expansion project, set to kick off the very week of the event, ensuring an exciting peek into the institution's future without overshadowing the session's focus. Kate's talk promises to be a compelling blend of personal narrative, professional insight, and exciting updates from the museum world.
After Kate's Boss Talk session, join us over at the Poco Piatti Garden for a happy hour on the Toledo Riverfront! Pizzas provided by our friends at Signature Bank and a cash bar will be available!
