Inspiring Change

EPIC, which stands for engaging people, inspiring change, is based on the belief that a region influenced by diverse young professionals is a region that can attract and retain them.

Diversity and Inclusion Initiative

Take Survey

This year, EPIC Toledo launched a Diversity and Inclusion Initiative to ensure that our events and programs are consistent with our mission to engage and inspire
all young professionals in the Toledo region. The committee is excited to share with you EPIC Toledo's new Diversity and Inclusion statement:

We acknowledge, honor, and are committed to the value and dignity of all individuals. We pledge to promote, create, and maintain an environment that respects diverse backgrounds, beliefs, and human experiences. We believe the power of respect and inclusion will continue to unleash the endless potential of young professionals in the Toledo region.

In the coming weeks, the committee will be relying on your input to help direct the initiative. Please take this short survey to help us better understand the perceptions of our valued members. To learn more about getting involved with the committee, please email epic@toledochamber.com.
